I don't know how to go back and find it now, but I did a deal through Vistaprint, that had 10 free items for Christmas. I didn't have time to do the calendar at the time, so I just did some return address labels, but I'm pretty sure the calendar was one of the free items and you just pay shipping. Not sure if it is still going on, or how long it would take to ship, but maybe if you googled Vistaprint Christmas deals or something, you could find it?
